DESCRIPTION:The 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Knowle Cricket Club will be held at the Pavilion\, Broadwalk\, on Friday 3rd March 2023 at 8:00pm. All members are warmly invited to attend. \nAgenda:  \n\nIn Memoriam \nApologies for Absence \nMinutes of the last AGM (as displayed on the club noticeboard) \nAnnual Reports \nAmendments to Constitution \nElection of new Officers \nThanks to retiring Officers \nQuestions and Answers \nClose \n\nSubmitting Questions:  \nMembers are requested to forward\, in writing by Friday 3rd February 2023\, any questions related to club matters that they would like answered at the meeting.  \nAll correspondence should be addressed to the Honorary Secretary Knowle Cricket Club\, Broadwalk\, Bristol\, BS4 2RD or leave for his attention in an envelope behind the bar.  \nExecutive Officers and Sub-Committee Nominations:  \nExecutive Officers and Sub-Committee nominations\, duly seconded\, must be submitted using a nomination form\, available from the bar. All nominations must be received by Friday 3rd February 2023. Only fully paid-up members may stand for Executive Officer positions as well as propose or second a nomination.  \nWhere there are two or more nominations for the same officer position\, nominees shall be encouraged to explain their reasons for standing at the AGM. The number of votes cast for each nominee shall be recorded.
