Knowle Cricket Club
Founded in 1852, Knowle Cricket Club is one of the oldest established Clubs in Bristol and is now a leading community cricket club which has been deemed a focus club by the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) and to be a hub of the community network for cricket development, particularly for the benefit of children and young people. The Club has achieved Clubmark Accreditation by demonstrating that best practices are in place to develop and deliver high quality community cricket in a safe, effective and child-friendly way.
Cricketers of all abilities are encouraged to realise their personal potential and to contribute to team success. All players have access to coaching from a team of ECB coaches with qualifications. From 5 years old, children learn to play and enjoy the game with softball Kwik cricket. From Under 11 to seniors, there is a full fixture list of competitive league, cup and friendly matches to suit all levels of ability. There are age-group youth squads (U11’s, U13’s and U15’s U17’s) for boys and Girls and we have developed a Ladies Team as well; at senior level, there are 5 teams – Four Saturday teams and one on Sunday,

Junior Team
Our Junior team play in the Bristol & District Youth League and we enter both cup and league. We have under 11’s Under 13’s, Under 15’s, Under 17’s and Under 19’s

Venue Hire
We have a function room is for multi-purpose use and dependant on requirements, can host up to 120 people. It can be used for a variety of events including seminars, team building and training, presentations, end of season dinners, social and business meetings, and birthday and evening parties.
